SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at History Shirt Club. Below you’ll find all the details on how our print-on-demand products are produced and shipped.
ORDER PROCESSING
Each item is made to order. Standard processing time is 2–5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Netherlands & EU: 7–15 business days after processing
- United States: 5–10 business days after processing
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days after processing
Please note: these are estimates provided by our print partners and carriers. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays due to customs, postal services, or peak demand are outside of our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are assessed once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. History Shirt Club has no control over these fees.
WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you for reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, email us and we will do our best to help.
