Four score and seven beers ago. On November 19, 1863, Abraham Lincoln stood at Gettysburg and began a speech with arithmetic: four score and seven years, eighty seven years back to 1776. He spoke for about two minutes, in roughly two hundred and seventy two words, apologised that the world would little note nor long remember what was said there, and was completely wrong about that part. This shirt takes his immortal opening, swaps the years for beers, adds a cheers, and turns the most quoted address in American history into a fine toast worthy of the occasion, which is arguably what dedications are.
